Privacy notice

In short

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no third-party content. Fonts are served locally; no data is transmitted to Google or any other third party. We process personal data only when you join the waitlist or write to us.

Controller

aiZoo (aizoo.ch), Switzerland · contact@subtally.ch

Hosting

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva; data stays in Switzerland. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary details – IP address, time, page requested, browser – in logs that serve operation and security. These logs remain with the host; we do not analyse them.

Waitlist

When you join, we send your email address, the chosen language and the time by email to contact@subtally.ch. Purpose: to inform you personally about the pilot start and pilot terms. The basis is your request. There is no newsletter, no automated mail and no sharing with third parties.

The mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We delete your address once the pilot has started and you are not taking part – or at any time on request by email to contact@subtally.ch.

Email contact

If you write to us, we use your details only to reply and delete them once the matter is settled.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Send requests to contact@subtally.ch. The supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We update this notice when the website or its functions change. The version published here applies.
